Accounts Payable Clerk

ADELAIDE 12 month contract

An opportunitiy to join our firm is now available on a 12 month contract. As the Accounts Payable clerk you will report to the Team Leader Accounts and be responsible for -:

  • Accounts Payable Requests
  • EFT & Manual cheque payments
  • GL and GST Expense coding
  • Maintaining the creditor ledger
  • Regular communication with creditors regarding billing arrangements
  • Assistance with client bill administration
  • Reconciliation of summary statements

We are seeking a team player who has exceptional communication skills, is self-motivated and has an ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with people across all levels of our business. To be successful in this position, we would expect that you would have at least 3 years accounts experience in a high volume processing environment.
