Business Development & Marketing Administrator

Part-time - 3 days per week

We are currently recruiting a part-time administrator to work in the Business Development & Marketing team of our Sydney office.  The successful applicant will assist the Business Development & Marketing Director, Executive and team to manage their busy workloads.

 
Day to day duties include email and appointment management, event organisation, meeting attendance and minute taking, research and general administration.  The position will suit someone who is starting out in their marketing career or a career secretary / administrator with a keen interest in business development and marketing in a professional services environment.
 
It is essential that applicants have advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have high level secretarial / administrative skills.  Other essential qualities include:

- flexibility with working days and ability to assist with out of hours functions
- excellent communication skills
- initiative and common sense
- outcome focussed
- excellent time management and organisational skills
- a great sense of humour and an easy going nature
 
Working days are flexible, however it is essential that applicants can work on Wednesdays.

Legal Administrator - Dispute Resolution

  • 12 month maternity leave contract
We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Legal Administrator with at least five years experience to join our Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne on a twelve month maternity leave contract. Working in a team where you will support a Partner and two Senior Associates, your duties will involve WP, time entry and billing using CMS, preparation of court documents, filing and archiving, and other general office administration. 
To suit this team, it is essential that you are highly motivated and have strong organisational and interpersonal skills. It is also important that you are able to prioritise tasks and work due dates / deadlines.

Junior Legal Administrative Assistant - Property

Sydney
We are currently recruiting a Junior Legal Administrative Assistant to work in our Commercial Property Division in our Sydney office. The successful applicant will work closely with a Senior Legal Administrator and be given the opportunity to learn and develop their skills whilst being mentored by an experienced Legal Administrator. Day-to-day duties will include WP, time entry and billing using CMS, preparation of property documentation, filing, archiving, screening telephone calls and other general administration as required. 
Ideally you will have approximately 12-18 months working in a legal environment as a legal administrator or similar, and have a keen interest in the area of commercial property. It is essential that all applicants have medium to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and are keen to develop their legal administrative skills. Other essential qualities include:
