Greg practices all forms of dispute resolution with a focus on commercial and corporate disputes, general insurance and marine insurance. He has experience across a range of industry sectors including advising clients within insurance, local government, property development and healthcare. He regularly prepares and presents training for clients on developing legal issues.

Greg’s commercial litigation experience includes responding to multiple claims arising from major developments, acting in regulatory disputes, representing the purchaser in an aborted corporate takeover, acting for overseas clients in property development disputes and defending a stockbroking firm in litigation from incurred losses in derivative trading.

He is also experienced working in the insurance industry defending claims across a range of areas, including those relating to WorkCover, professional indemnity, marine insurance and product liability.

Greg is able to draw on his diverse experience to offer advice that is both pragmatic and commercially sensitive.
