Rocco is an experienced practitioner with expertise in all property law matters.

He specialises in the negotiation and preparation of leases, advising landlords and tenants in relation to their rights and obligations as owners and occupants. He has considerable expertise in the acquisition and disposal of businesses and residential, commercial, industrial and retail properties and conducting due diligence in large scale acquisitions and disposals. Rocco also has experience in all aspects of land divisions and Community Titling and acts for a number of property developers.

Rocco represents an established client base and is well known for adopting a commercial, proactive and common sense approach in negotiations with the result that clients' interests are secured in a timely and cost-effective manner.

He is an active member of the South Australian Division of the Property Council of Australia and a current member of its Industrial Development Committee.
