Simon is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who specialises in major projects including privatisations, business acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructures, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, fundraisings, commercial contracts and corporate governance (including the Corporations Act and the Listing Rules of the ASX Limited).

His practice involves advising clients in both the public and private sectors with a focus on the transport and logistics (principally road, rail and ports), manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. 

Simon has acted for some well known national and multinational companies, including Johnson & Johnson, American Express, the Mirvac Group, Toll Transport Group and Cadbury Schweppes.  He has also acted for a number of corporatised public sector clients and advised governments both in and abroad.
