Scott is a seasoned practitioner with a focus on dispute resolution and more than 12 years experience in the areas of dust diseases, third party motor vehicle, personal injury, workers compensation, industrial accidents, public liability and professional indemnity matters in courts throughout Australia.

His dispute resolution practice has a strong focus on insurance and includes long term dust diseases recoveries, advising in relation to indemnity and liability issues throughout Australia. He is also experienced in a wide variety of forms of alternative dispute resolution including arbitration, mediation and informal settlement conferencing.

He has prepared and delivered seminars to insurers and other professional groups in relation to commonwealth and state legislation as well as procedural aspects of the various jurisdictions.
