Robert focuses on corporate, commercial and finance law.

He has significant expertise and experience with a broad spectrum of work ranging from mergers and acquisitions; corporate structuring, financing and governance, compliance and due diligence, private equity, venture capital and IPOs through to commercial agreements and related intellectual property issues.

Robert has particular experience working with resources and energy companies in their seed and IPO stages and more generally as a corporate adviser once these companies are fully funded or listed.

He has gained valuable experience and expertise through acting as in-house counsel in the roles of General Manager: Legal & Compliance for Aristocrat Leisure Limited and Corporate Secretary and General Counsel for Memtec Limited.

Robert is also Vice Chair of the Banking, Finance & Securities Committee of the
Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).
