Greg is a property lawyer who has significant experience in commercial and industrial property transactions.

The focus of Greg’s practice is on the development of commercial properties, mixed use developments, development of industrial parks, leasing advice including retail leasing, acquisitions and disposals of commercial, office and industrial property and aged care developments including security documentation.

As part of this experience, Greg has provided planning subdivision, body corporate and restrictive covenant advice, advised in relation to mobile base stations across Australia, undertaken due diligence on land for sale and advised on environmental law and in relation to compulsory acquisitions.

As part of his practice, he advises his developer and managed investment scheme clients in relation to loan and security documentation. Some of the major tasks he has been involved with include:

>      preparing development and security documentation for the development of
        Aged Care Facilities

>      advising on the security documentation for a development of the Ford dealership and establishment of a Wholesale Trust

>      advising on the security documentation for mortgagee sale and assignment rights to off the plan contracts of sale

>      advising on security documentation, stamp duty advice for the acquisition of several office buildings as part of a one line sale

>      preparing numerous mortgages for all types of real property.

Greg provides clients with commercially sensitive advice which aligns to the strategic objectives of their project.
