Kim is an integral part of firm’s Banking & Finance and Credit Management & Insolvency teams.

She conducts of a wide range of banking and finance engagements concerning security enforcement and debt workouts and recovery. This includes the review of complex finance facilities, to the prosecution of recovery action, including both possession and enforcement proceedings in Court and conducting and advising in relation to formal or informal workout arrangements.

Kim also advises on all aspects of insolvency (both personal and corporate) and insolvency related litigation. She predominately acts for insolvency practitioners as well as the Official Trustee in Bankruptcy, and her clients also include private individuals, company directors and companies seeking insolvency related advice.

Kim is the secretary of the Victorian Branch of the International Women’s Insolvency and Reconstruction Confederation, a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
