Craig is a corporate and commercial lawyer whose practice focuses on a range of areas including projects, structured finance, financial product regulation and insolvency across a number of industry sectors.

He assists clients providing commercially practical advice in relation to takeovers and takeover financings, property acquisitions, construction and development, project financing, structured asset financings, property financing, business acquisitions and debt restructurings/workouts.

Craig has contributed to several legal publications and is a member of a number of key legal committees including the Queensland Law Society Financial Services Law Committee and the Law Council of Australia’s Financial Services Law Committee. He is also a member of the Australian Attorney General's Consultative Committee on Personal Property Security Law Reform.
