Paul is a Queensland Law Society accredited specialist in commercial litigation. He undertakes complex commercial litigation disputes and has a particular interest in forensic litigation, top level insolvency and taxation related litigation. He works with a number of significant commercial enterprises, government agencies, leading accounting firms and specialist insolvency firms.

He has extensive experience in conducting complex commercial litigation including simultaneous proceedings in multiple jurisdictions. This includes traditional dispute resolution procedures as well as the conception and execution of corporate restructuring projects.

Paul also has significant experience in the corporate arena, having served as a member in various executive positions on a variety of boards including Commonwealth funded entities, advisory boards and private companies. This first hand experience gives Paul a deep understanding of the organisations he advises and assists him in giving practical and commercially sensitive advice.
