Frank is a Partner in Piper Alderman's Dispute Resolution Division with experience in corporate advisory, legal risk management and dispute resolution.

Before starting with Piper Alderman in January 2008, Frank was the founder/principle of Lancione Partners based in Adelaide. Frank has significant experience in long and complex litigation and has fulfilled due diligence/probity roles in major capital raisings and acquisitions.

With a focus in risk management, Frank consults in corporate governance and has advised on Corporations Act and Trade Practices Act compliance, human resources, aged care, franchising, banking and finance, intellectual property, commercial property and succession planning. His expertise in insolvency and reconstruction assignments has positioned him to consult in a range of turnaround projects.

Frank is a director of the National Heart Foundation Inc (SA Division) and also the Julian Burton Burns Charitable Trust. He is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Law Council of Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association, the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and the South Australian Liaison Committee (Corporate Governance/Accounting) of the Australian Securities & Investment Commission.
