Craig has extensive experience advising on corporate, commercial and securities law,
in particular capital raisings, corporate control transactions, corporate governance and financial services.

He advises many private and public companies in relation to their capital raising needs, from early stage start-up companies to ASX listed companies, as well as fund managers and investors in relation to providing capital to companies in need of funding.

Craig also advises ASX listed companies in relation to both hostile and friendly corporate control transactions, from both an offeror and target perspective, including Takeovers Panel proceedings.

In addition, Craig also has a significant experience in general corporate advisory, including advising on directors duties and corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions for private and public companies in a variety of industries, including mining and resources, technology and financial services.
